Refunds

 

 1. Which cases, refunds will be done?

Refunds will be processed only in following cases:

  • Product lost in transit.
  • The product shipped is incorrect item or not as per the order placed.

 

No exchange or refund would be processed:

  • In case of minor design variation.

Since the products are made with love by hand and have passed many hands to work on multitude art forms, there will always be some variations on design and other elements in such handcrafted products. Also, it is not possible to showcase the complete product design/other elements in electronic form in e-commerce. 

  • Color variations from what you see on the device and actual product.

We make every effort to display the images and colors of products as accurately as possible in our website. However, as screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate to that of used in actual product.

  • Incorrect delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
  • Package refused by recipient during delivery.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

Note: exchange or refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment in completely as it is (new state) condition with all its tags and packing elements intact, except if the package has been lost in transit.

 

Procedure for Exchange or refund

 

2. What would be the procedure for exchange or refund in eligible cases?

In the unlikely event that your product falls under category of exchange or refund, you would need to send an e-mail to us with a clear picture of the product. This should be done within 24 hrs from delivery of your order. Niiyaa.com team must receive an email at info@niiyaa.com and your return request needs to be approved by the quality team at niiyaa.com. After approval of the same, we would share the postal address where you need to send the defective item. 

 

Upon authorization of returns

  • Please note that once the exchange is authorized by Niiyaa quality team, the Buyer needs to ship the necessary product to Niiyaa at the address provided by us. The shipping charges will be borne by Niiyaa to return the goods to the designated return address and the Buyer has to find the nearest DHL dispatch center.
  • Products that may have been damaged or defective or may have been sent by error will be fully refunded.
  • We aim to process all returns within 2 weeks from date of receipt of product to us, if you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out Niiyaa care team at info@niiyaa.com.
